The Utah Department of Transportation ran into a problem they seem to have quite regularly; No Power. So the best solution was to design in a commercial grade battery operated controller to water the newly planted landscape. The Enercon Plus is a modular based controller that expands to 24 stations, allowing UDOT to control and expand the project as needed.
