Alpine Village is an off-campus student housing facility for students attending Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. The structure is built on top of an underground parking garage making it difficult to incorporate a traditional landscape. The owners selected E. A. Lyman landscape architecture firm for the solution. Eric Lyman chose Tournesol Siteworks' Seacrest Series Planters as the basis for his design.

The Seacrest Series Planters are decorative containers with built-in irrigation using an internal reservoir and moisture sensor system. The trees Lyman wanted for his design fit nicely in the large containers while the smaller sized plants and annuals showed well in rectangular planter boxes. The large holding capacity of the reservoirs in each container prolongs maintenance filling intervals to every two or three weeks. The Seacrest planters are made of rugged low-density polyethylene material that is durable enough to withstand the abuse even college students can dish out!
